THE finalists have been announced for this year’s SME Northamptonshire Business Awards – with the third annual awards night looking set to be bigger and better than ever.
Northamptonshire County Cricket Club will be the venue for the awards dinner on Thursday, 25 October, when local businesses will compete in categories ranging from Business of the Year greater than 50 Employees, sponsored by SilverDisc, to Website of the Year, sponsored by My Mustard.
The awards are presented in association with Business Times and the headline sponsors are Stanair Industrial Doors, Technocopy Solutions and Northamptonshire County Cricket Club.
Finalists representing a wide and varied range of sectors include Goodwill Solutions Learning Academy in the Community Business of the Year category, The Bold Dragoon in both Pub of the Year and Best Customer Service, Silverstone Fleet Management in the Business Innovation category and SK Energy in Business of the Year less than 50 Employees.
Damian Cummins of organisers Events and PR said: “It’s been fantastic to see so much interest from those entering the various categories, those nominating companies and from those taking part in the public vote.
“The feedback we get is that winning awards gives the whole business a boost – it’s an endorsement of your success and provides exciting PR and marketing opportunities.
“We’re now looking forward to seeing all the finalists and their guests at the event in October and expect it to be another amazing night for Northamptonshire businesses.”
