Bucking the trend

THERE is a lot of doom and gloom in the news at the moment with regards to Brexit. Whilst there may be some repercussions, BTT are happy to report that their client base is exuding nothing but confidence. In fact, they have clients who have booked projects in with them which will last for the next six months to one year.

In fact, many of their clients are seeing technology as a priority to keep themselves ahead and ride out any unforeseen competition. Technology is such a huge part of a business, it can literally make or break most businesses if there is excessive downtime or if slow internet speeds are reducing responsiveness. All with uncertain times looming, it’s imperative that a business is at the top of its game.

BTT are seeing clients wanting faster broadband speeds, responsive phone systems and secured assets.

One such client has been very keen to take advantage of G Fast broadband which has just been rolled out in their area. G Fast allows for high speeds using the same copper pipe that was used for voice calls. Their performance targets are between 150 Mbit/s and 330Mbps. It is certainly going to add a huge advantage to those who rely on their internet connectivity for their business.

BTT are finding that businesses need a phone system that adds value to their business, especially those who have remote workers. It means that even if a business’s location was to be moved or split, they could utilise remote workers and keep everyone connected and collaborating. Luckily, BTT have tried and tested several different phone systems to offer what they feel is the best solution to their customers.

Lastly, security seems to be top on the agenda; especially those who have physical assets that need safeguarding. BTT are finding that multiple forms of access control, such as a mix of biometric and standard access control seems to be a popular combination.

BTT keep businesses connected and want to make sure that businesses keep on growing. Contact Robert Bright on 0330 222 0330 if you’d like to maintain your competitive edge.
