PROP-Search has continued its award winning streak having just been identified as the most active commercial property agent in Northamptonshire by property research specialist EGi.
Since 2010 Prop-Search, which has Northamptonshire offices in Northampton and Wellingborough – and a presence in Milton Keynes – has consistently secured awards in the annual deals competition.
This year’s competition has seen Prop-Search secure the number one position as the top dealing agent in Northamptonshire taking into account the industrial, office, retail and leisure sectors, and investment market.
The annual EGi competition is open to commercial agents, including national firms, who complete commercial property transactions in the County and is assessed on the volume of deals done – covering both lettings and sales.
Commenting on Prop-Search’s repeated success, Director Simon Toseland said; “We operate in a region of national significance, yet it is dominated by regional property players. To triumph in this competition against our regional peers and national agents, and to achieve accolades year after year is gratifying.”
“We believe it’s testament, not only to the hard work and dedication of our team, but to the value we bring to clients – be they developers, investors, landlords or occupiers – in being genuinely embedded in a region where we know the forces in play in the market and can provide sensible pragmatic advice.”
Earlier this year, Prop-Search was also identified by CoStar in its awards, which recognise the efforts and successes of the UK’s top commercial agents and was awarded the Most Active Disposal Agent in the office sector for Northamptonshire in terms of the number of transactions concluded.
Prop-Search specialises in providing holistic advice on commercial property, including general agency (acquiring, letting & selling), development, investment, rating, rent review, valuation, building surveying, building insurance and property management through Prop-Manage.
