A NEW grant programme developed by business support organisation the South Midlands Growth Hub aims to help organisations with projects boosting growth, tackling global challenges and to increase competitiveness.
The Driving Innovation Grant will award successful small and medium-sized businesses across West Northamptonshire with up £25,000 in funding.
The Growth Hub has a record of supporting businesses, having already awarded more than £5 million across the South Midlands.
Last year the hub worked with almost 400 businesses in West Northamptonshire on projects that created 62 new jobs, 33 new products and 23 new decarbonisation initiatives.
Growth Hub manager Ruth Roan said: “It is a privilege to be able to design and develop a significant programme which will deliver real change across West Northamptonshire.
“The Growth Hub team has vast experience delivering grant programmes and providing business support. We look forward to working with West Northamptonshire Council and the brilliant SMEs in the area throughout the programme.”
Businesses interested in applying for the Driving Innovation Grant should submit an Expression of Interest to the Growth Hub, outlining the project and the amount of funding required. The deadline for Expressions of Interest is July 28, 5pm.
