IN response to a growing need amongst their client base, the South East Midlands region of national firm, Haines Watts have announced that they are setting up a specialist property advisory service to sit alongside the more traditional accountancy and business advisory services for which the company is renowned.
The move also sees the appointment of Chartered Surveyor, Tom Dymond, as Regional Head of Property who will work alongside the firm’s accountancy and advisory teams across the South East Midlands region.
The property offering will be tailored to suit Haines Watts’ core client base of local business owners, many of whom are involved with a handful of properties across their business where specialist property advice and services can deliver significant benefits.
Tom has over 15 years’ experience of managing property portfolios for some of the largest retailers in the UK. He joins the Haines Watts’ team from Bellrock Property & Facilities Management, where he held the position of Property Services Director, managing a national team of Chartered Surveyors.
Tom is excited about the opportunity ahead, commenting: “I am delighted to be joining a great team of skilled accountants and advisors making a real difference to their clients’ businesses on a daily basis.
