Experienced HR leader Greg Guilford joins Impact HR Consulting as Group CEO to drive national growth
Impact HR Consulting has appointed Greg Guilford as its new Group CEO as the business continues its national expansion following a recent rebrand.
Greg brings more than 20 years’ experience in HR, consultancy and business leadership. He previously spent 17 years as CEO of a Northamptonshire-based consultancy, where he led mergers, acquisitions and award-winning growth.
Since 2024, Greg has founded Aeon Nexus Growth Partners, advising SMEs on strategy, investment and operational leadership. He also mentors with Enterprise Nation and serves on the advisory board at TechSkills.
Founded in 2018 as Kingswood Group, Impact HR Consulting has rebranded after a series of acquisitions in Essex, Leeds and Leicester.
