Northampton software developer Web Alliance has won the Customer Commitment Award at the 2026 Northamptonshire Business Awards.
The company received the award during a ceremony at Sywell Aerodrome attended by nearly 400 guests.
Organised by Northamptonshire Chamber of Commerce and supported by headline sponsor Wilson Browne Solicitors, the awards recognised businesses, charities, employees and entrepreneurs across 15 categories.
The Customer Commitment Award, sponsored by Proaction Martial Arts, recognised Web Alliance’s approach to working with clients throughout the development and lifetime of their software.
The company designs bespoke CRM, ERP, mobile application and workflow automation systems for small and medium-sized businesses.
Web Alliance says its approach has helped it achieve a customer retention rate of approximately 95 per cent and an average customer rating of 4.9 stars.
Director and co-founder Ashish Kumar said: “Winning the Customer Commitment Award means a huge amount to the whole Web Alliance team because our customers really are at the heart of everything we do.
“We’ve always believed that developing great software starts with properly understanding the business behind it. We take time to listen to our customers, understand the challenges they are trying to solve and involve them throughout the development process.
“Many of our customers have worked with us for years and we continue to develop and adapt their software as their businesses grow. These long-term relationships are something we are incredibly proud of.”
He added: “This award belongs to our entire team. Their commitment to doing the right thing for our customers, responding quickly when they need us and consistently delivering a high level of service is what makes those relationships possible.”
Web Alliance was founded by husband-and-wife team Ashish Kumar and Iram Gilani in 2012. It now operates with teams in the UK and India, supporting small and medium-sized businesses across several sectors.
