Mike said: “I joined the Business Club as a member some 16 years ago and the fees were then £45 plus VAT for two meetings a month and no dinner, just sandwiches and sausage rolls etc.
“In July of this year we de-registered from VAT and reduced the fees to just £49 per month (back to 2003 rates) and this includes two meetings in Northants, dinner, sales, marketing, and business training, access to our database and four free visits to our sister club – The Business Club Bucks in Milton Keynes (worth £60) plus many ways for members to promote their businesses. All of this is included there are no hidden fees.
“This is why our membership at both clubs has really taken off since July and more and more guests are attending our meetings for a guest fee of just £15 to sample the relaxed yet professional atmosphere that is created at every meeting.
“I can remember 1973 very well, being in the motor trade at the time, and nothing like the Business Club Northants existed then. If it had I would have joined it without hesitation to access so many more clients whilst having a lot of fun!”
