Meet the sponsors and partners working with PropConnect founders Matt Abraham and Parm Bhangal to ensure the networking group’s growth momentum continues. PropConnect has quickly built a reputation this year as a trusted forum where property and construction professionals from across the local region can come together to connect in a relaxed, meaningful way. Since launching in 2024, the group has seen a wave of support from businesses keen to collaborate, build relationships, and grow together.
Among its key supporters is multi-utility planning and project management specialist Dunore – a trusted partner for property developers and construction businesses across the UK – who recently came onboard as a PropConnect sponsor. The company, based in Wollaston, says PropConnect has a vital role to play in bringing property and construction professionals together. “We’re proud to support PropConnect. It has become a go-to event for professionals across the property and construction space,” says sales and operations director Brook Harris “What makes it stand out is the quality of conversations and connections it creates. It’s more than just a place to network, it’s a platform for real collaboration and shared knowledge.”

Founded by experienced construction specialists Parm Bhangal MRICS, Managing Director of Northampton-based Bhangals Construction Consultants, and construction contractor Matthew Abraham, Managing Director of FormFive based in Earls Barton, PropConnect has grown rapidly. “PropConnect is about more than exchanging business cards,” says Parm. “It’s about creating the right environment for real conversations, relationship-building, and shared progress in our industry.” Matthew adds: “We want to see property and construction businesses in our region succeed, and by offering a space that’s both informal and valuable, we’re already seeing that vision come to life.”
PropConnect hosts quarterly events, with the most recent attracting over 160 attendees. Each event is designed to deliver real value and make networking a comfortable, enjoyable experience for both seasoned professionals and those starting out in the industry.
Business Times, Northamptonshire’s business magazine, is delighted to be PropConnect’s media partner. “It is a golden opportunity for everyone in the property and construction industry to mingle, connect and get business done,” says Martin Lewis-Stevenson, director of Business Times publisher Pulse Group Media. Marketing support comes from Zenif, PropConnect’s marketing partner, who help shape the event’s digital content, branding, and visual storytelling including event photography and videography.
Save the Date: PropConnect is trying something new – a smaller, more focused lunch event taking place on September 17. To find out more about PropConnect, its events and available sponsorship opportunities, visit prop-connect.co.uk, email hello@prop-connect.co.uk or call 07341 455219
