It was a night of celebration for Wilson Browne Solicitors, which took home three top honours at the Northamptonshire Law Society Awards.
The firm was named Large Law Firm of the Year, recognising its commitment to innovation, training, and staff wellbeing, alongside its outstanding client service and Platinum-rated reviews.
A particular highlight was the success of Naomi Boszeat-Edwards, who won Support Staff of the Year. Naomi’s win drew heartfelt praise from colleagues, who described her as the driving force behind much of the firm’s success. Known for her diligence, calm under pressure, and unshakeable positivity, Naomi has supported the firm for more than nine years — helping to deliver excellent service and foster a supportive workplace culture.
Chloe Cooper was also celebrated on the night, taking home Junior Lawyer of the Year. Just one year post-qualification, Chloe has made a significant impact through her legal aid work, as well as her commitment to pro bono and charity projects — achievements that reflect both her dedication and the firm’s nurturing environment for young legal professionals.
Kevin Rogers, Chair of Wilson Browne Solicitors, said: “We’re incredibly proud of Naomi, Chloe, and the entire team. These awards are a reflection of the dedication, teamwork, and values that drive everything we do. It’s fantastic to see our people recognised for the brilliant work they deliver every day.”
The Northamptonshire Law Society Awards celebrate excellence within the legal community, recognising firms and individuals who demonstrate outstanding professionalism and contribution to the county’s legal sector.
For Wilson Browne, the evening’s results underscore its reputation as one of the region’s leading firms — and a workplace where teamwork and talent are celebrated at every level.
